If you ever wondered if you could print checks or other forms all together in a batch, here’s how you do it.

Printing checks, invoices, and other forms in a batch can save you time and help keep you organized.
For checks, or other forms you’d like to print in a batch, click on the Print Later button at the bottom of the transaction window. When you’re ready to print, navigate to File, then Print Forms. Choose the type of form you’d like to batch print – in this example, we’ll print checks. All the checks you had marked to Print Later appear in this window. You can choose to print them all, or select specific checks by holding down the Command key and selecting only the checks you’d like to print. In the Print window you’ll see all the checks you’ve selected and can make any adjustments necessary before printing.
