Video: Email Tracking in QuickBooks Desktop for Mac 2019

In QuickBooks 2019, users can conveniently keep track of their emails with customers. Learn more in the following video:

QuickBooks has made it easy to keep track of the emails you’ve sent to your customers!

Here are the steps:

  • Let’s start by creating an invoice for a customer and emailing it to them. Once that’s done, we’ll navigate to the Customer Center.
  • From here, click on the Emails button. Select a customer from the left panel to see a list of the emails that have been sent to them. You’ll see other information, such as the Amount and Subject, as well.
  • You can sort the emails by clicking on a column header or by filtering the emails by date. You can even do a search!
  • Double-clicking on an item from the list takes you to the form that was sent in that email. Clicking on an email address in the list opens your email application with a blank email to that customer.
